This is a quick how-to video on changing the filter separator 2008 250 Mercury OptiMax Pro XS outboard. The procedure is very simple and is probably only a high-performance 3.0L V6 outboards. I'm going, along with videos, many elements for periodic maintenance for these engines. Frame and gearbox lubrication, spark plug, remove and replace (not simply on an OptiMax), replacing the water pump impeller, etc. We hopethe future will be better video quality.
