The fork should easily go through the beef. 7 Sieve the broth through a coffee filter orGauze to obtain a clear broth. 8 Place the meat in the pot and 2 cups broth, ¾ cup of soy sauce, ½ cup of garlic cloves, a few strips (4 × 5 cm) of dried seaweed, Shishio 2 cups red pepper, 1 tablespoon of honey and other 3 eggs on top. 9 Bring to a boil over medium heat for 7 minutes. 10 Open the lid and turn the eggs, so that the yolk is half the eggs are cooked. 11 Cook another 10 minutes.
